Personalwolke - Payroll Services

Personalwolke is an interface between the external payroll accountant and the client that simplifies the payroll process and makes it more efficient.

Through this portal, the client's HR admin can enter all employee data relevant to payroll and social security and transmit it to LeitnerLeitner. At the same time, the client gains a user-friendly and effective way to provide earnings statements to its employees electronically, automatically and securely.

Personalwolke works as a platform:

• for data exchange between LeitnerLeitner and its clients
• for joint archiving

This portal is characterized by:

• clear menu navigation,
• accessibility via smartphone, tablet and PC,
• automatic e-mail notifications when data is uploaded,
• a high level of data security thanks to state-of-the-art encryption,
• definable permission hierarchies,
• export interfaces from BMD for client-specific analyses,
• import interfaces into BMD for taking over data transmitted by the client to LeitnerLeitner,
• simplified registration of new employees and easy employee master data management.

Functions for the employee

Within Webdesk EWP, the employee can view the following data:

• current earnings statements (in PDF format, uploaded to the portal by LeitnerLeitner),
• past earnings statements (in PDF format),
• annual payroll accounts,
• annual wage tax statements,
• social security notifications,
• a selection of their master data,
• internally released data of their colleagues (such as the company phone list, organizational unit affiliation)

The client's employee thus finds a very simple portal here for retrieving their earnings statements and learning about colleagues.

Via the menu item "My earnings statements", the employee can view all past and current earnings statements.

In the Info menu item, the employee finds various company policies and tax information in the folder "Policies and information".

In the menu item "My personnel file", the employee can view and download their documents.
