Webdesk EWP is the entry point to Personalwolke for every authorized user. The menu items offer exactly those functions that the respective user needs in their professional context (i.e., according to their role).

Depending on the role assigned during the creation process, the available menu items therefore differ!

Webdesk user interface

Webdesk is currently offered in two different user interfaces (synonyms: appearances, skins, themes). Both interfaces offer the full range of functions; appearance and menu navigation differ in part.

The classic design was designed for the PC.

Webdesk for Payroll Services

The menu and range of functions of Webdesk have been optimized for the use of payroll and social security notifications.

Every employee therefore finds various menu items in their Webdesk for viewing their earnings statements. They can also search for the released contact details of colleagues, and important policies and information can be viewed.
