How to Transmit Benefits in Kind

Since benefits in kind of any kind are relevant for payroll, they are communicated to LeitnerLeitner with the earliest possible payroll run. As part of the payroll, the following is entered in the comment field in the payroll line of the respective employee on the "Salary items" tab: name of the benefit in kind + start date of the benefit + amount for calculating the benefit in kind (e.g., acquisition cost including NoVa and VAT, and CO2 value for a company car).

In addition, the corresponding file must be uploaded on the "Payroll files" tab.

Example: Max Mustermann is provided with a new company car as a benefit in kind from 8/1/2017, with acquisition costs of €55,000.

In the August payroll, the following is noted in the comment field for Max Mustermann: "new car from 8/1/2017, purchase price 55,000", and the purchase or leasing contract is uploaded on the "Payroll files" tab and thus transmitted to the payroll accountant as well.
