Filter for Irregularities in Time Tracking

General

With this report it is possible to filter out and display various conflicts in the time booking data, such as capping of the daily working time due to exceeding the maximum working time, missed break bookings, and others.

Column names

• FB = Reason for incorrect bookings
• Bookings (based on actual working time)
• FE = Absence reason abbreviation
• Absence reason
• Target time
• Creditable attendance
• 10h violation = exceeding the maximum daily working time of 10 hours
• 50h violation = exceeding the maximum weekly working time of 50 hours
• outside time frame = actual time outside the working time frame
• Break violated = no break booking was made
• Unexcused absence = the reason for the absence is missing
• Core time violated = the actual working time does not cover the core time
• Clock-out booking missing = logging out was missed
• Rest period violated = the rest breaks between longer shifts were not observed
