Open requests

General

Under this menu item, requesters can get an overview of the status of the requests they have currently submitted that are still in the approval process.

In this view, the requester can

• delete a submitted request by clicking the icon, or
• print it by clicking the icon (generates a version optimized for print output with all the information relating to the request)

In the screenshot above you can see that

• the first process was created on 06/02/2023 at 3:07:16 PM (Process created)
• the person the request is currently waiting on for approval / rejection / review is Adam Angelika (Next in process)
• it is an absence request for a half-day of training (Details)
• it was created by Adam Angelika and rejected by Sonne Susanne, who added a comment (History)

The second process was approved by Sonne Susanne, who is marked as a supervisor with the icon .
