Open requests

General

Under this menu item, requesters can get an overview of the status of the requests they have currently submitted that are still in the approval process.

In this view, the requester can

• delete a submitted request by clicking the icon, or
• print it by clicking the icon

In the screenshot above you can see that

• the process was created on 05/11/2023 at 1:11 PM (Process created)
• the person the request is currently waiting on for approval / rejection / review is Sonne Susanne (Next in process)
• it is an absence request (Details)
• Adam Angelika is the creator (star icon) of this request and Sonne Susanne added a comment to it (History)
• the actions Delete and Print are available (Action(s))
