active user	Checkbox	Here you can select with a check mark whether the employee should get access to the webdesk or not.
User access blocked	Checkbox	A checkmark appears here if the user locks himself out of the system for security reasons by repeatedly entering the wrong login data.
Accounting-Indicator	text box	optionally usable
Language	Dropdown	Determines in which of the stored languages the user displays his Webdesk.
Timezone	Dropdown	especially interesting for internationally operating companies
Layout/Skin	Dropdown	defines which design the webdesk will have for this employee, currently classic and responsive are available for selection
Menu	Dropdown	A selection list is defined for the layout setting responsive with mobile and desktop.
Link page to menu	Checkbox	so the page which is opened in the webdesk is also displayed in the left menu by colored background of the menu item

Fieldname	Description
Password set	System field showing when the password was last set
reset Password	Password is reset to default
Reset and inform by mail	Password is reset to default and a message is sent to the employee's business mail address.
