Tab Organization - Groups

In this area, the assignments to organizational units (groups) and loose groups, as well as their history, are maintained.

The prerequisite for this assignment is that at least one hierarchical organizational unit exists. It must have been created via the Organization/Organizational units area before a new employee is created!

If your company has an organizational structure with cost centers, locations or budgeted positions that is also recorded via the Personalwolke, these assignments can be maintained as well.

Using such units is optional, but it makes it easier to manage and administer the employees of your organization and to run payroll.

Important: Please observe Time limitation and historization so that you achieve the intended effectiveness and historization!
