The "In competence target of" tab lists those employees of your organization whose role has an influence on the person whose profile you are viewing or editing, or the role your organization has for that person.

This list is for information only; these roles are edited by the holder of the role, in the form Organization - Roles.

Depending on the client's configuration, editing may also be possible elsewhere.

In this view you can see that the employee Thomas Thaler reports to the two managing directors. He is also part of the HR staff of "Sonne und Wind GmbH", and Claudia Charon is responsible for reviewing his travel expenses.
