CSV Export in the Monthly Journal

The monthly journal can now also be exported in CSV format.

Custom Button in the Monthly Journal

It is now possible to display one or more custom buttons in the monthly journal. These buttons can do the following:

• Open any action
• Combined export: multiple formats can be exported with a single click

Note: this requires a change to the configuration!

Password Reset for Employees Without an Email Address

This new feature applies to employees who do not have an email address or who have none stored in their master record. It allows local admins to reset the password of these people anyway and to enter an initial password that they can use. At the first login after the password change, the employee is prompted to enter a new password of their own in order to meet security standards.

Preventing Two Users from Processing the Same Workflow at the Same Time

This new feature prevents workflow requests and similar items from being processed simultaneously by two or more designated processors. In the future, it will also be possible to hide items that have already been completed by one responsible processor from the other possible processors. However, this function must be set up manually.
