Customizing Options
#1 Adjusting Project Time for Break Deduction
In general, all employees should take a 30-minute break every day. If no such
booking is made, an automatic break deduction can be configured. When using the
Personalwolke "Project-Time" module, this break deduction is now also taken into
account in the recorded project time. Since there are several variants of how
Personalwolke should behave in such a case, this is a customizing option.

#2 Transferring the Employment Status to Time Tracking
When the Time and HR-Expert modules are used in combination, it was previously necessary to first set, for example, the employment status "Parental leave" in HR-Expert and then apply this change manually a second time in time tracking. To make your work more efficient and less error-prone, it is now possible to activate a synchronization of employment statuses to time tracking. This automatically sets the matching absence interval in time tracking for certain employment statuses. (Prerequisite: You use the Time & HR-Expert modules).
#3 Deleting Project Times
Within the workflow approval process, all project times for a day can now be deleted with a single click. A notification about the deletion is sent automatically to the user.
