New Features in the Correction Client
#1 Person Is Retained When Switching Views
To make changes in the correction client, you must first select the corresponding employee. From now on, the employee selection is retained, and you can switch between the monthly and daily view without any problems. Previously, the selected employee was released by the system when switching views. Now the selection is kept.
#2 Intelligent Data Loading
When editing a booking row in the monthly view, only the row to be edited and the following rows are now loaded. This results in intelligent data loading and faster performance.
#3 Additional Buttons
The correction client view has been extended with four additional buttons.
Refresh button = the data is reloaded
Edit person = takes you directly to the person's master record, where you can also make further changes in the "Modules" tab for the modules available to you.
Absences = absence reasons can be entered here
Recalculate = with this button, you can recalculate the time management accounts of the selected employee with a single click. This saves you many clicks and time, since you no longer have to look for the "Recalculate" button in the person's master record under the "Modules" tab.
#4 Editing Comments in the Correction Client
To give employees a better understanding of any daily corrections, comments on individual booking rows can be edited in the correction client. Existing comments can be edited and new comments can be added. In addition, the author who wrote or edited the comments is saved.
