New features and improvements with version 4.40.0.

#1 Improvements in the Group Calendar, Personal Calendar, and Calendar Overview

With version 4.40.0, you benefit from the following improvements in the group calendar, personal calendar, and calendar overview:

• Performance optimizations: Faster data loading
• Page navigation (pagination)
• Display of extended calendar entries in the mobile version
• Display of a loading indicator to show the loading status and the time span between an action and its feedback

In addition, improvements were made to the new monthly journal. The correction client view as well as the account and filter lists were optimized.

#2 Drag-and-Drop Zone

When uploading attachments in requests, the drop zone has been visually enhanced so that it is immediately recognizable when you drag a file.

#3 Hover Effect for Holidays in the Calendar

As of version 4.40.0, hovering the mouse over the holidays displayed in the calendar also shows the name of the holiday.

#4 Display of Country-Specific Holidays in the Calendar

Based on the individual language setting in Personalwolke, country-specific holidays are now also displayed in translated form in the calendar.

For example, if an English-speaking employee is assigned the English calendar, the English holidays are displayed as well, so 01.01. is shown as "New Year's Day". By contrast, for a German-speaking employee who selects the Austrian / German calendar, 01.01. is shown as "Neujahrstag".

#5 New Standard Report "Person Addresses" Available in HR-Expert

As of version 4.40.0, HR-Expert includes a new standard report that can be filtered by the current home address as well as business address. You can find more information in the following video.

#6 Automatic Selection of the Weekly Schedule Based on the Weekly Hours Value in the Employment Status

If the "Time" and "HR-Expert" modules are used in combination and an employee's weekly hours are changed in HR-Expert, all available weekly schedules that match the previously entered weekly hours are listed. This new function can be activated for you after consulting your consultant. You can find more information in the following video.
