New features and improvements with version 4.41.0.

#1 Tab Renaming in Person Administration

In person administration (Administration – Persons), the first tab was renamed from "Settings" to "Master Data" and the last tab from "Modules" to "Settings". The content itself has not changed.

#2 Creating New Persons with a Future Entry Date

When new persons or groups with a future entry date need to be created, you now only have to enter the date in the "Employment Statuses" tab in the "Entry Date" field. Time tracking is also activated automatically on that day, and no further manual adjustments are necessary.

#3 Groupware System Module: Display of Absence Status in External Systems

If you use the "Groupware" system module, as of version 4.41.0 you can define as an administrator whether a Personalwolke absence reason is displayed as absent or available in your external system, such as Outlook. This way, the availabilities/absences of every user are synchronized in your Outlook calendar, and you can see free time slots at a glance.

This feature can be set up after consulting your account manager.

#4 Editing Current Bookings in the Correction Client

In the correction client, clock-in bookings from the current day can now also be edited.
