New features and improvements with version 4.47.0

#1 New Time Correction Modes

There is now a new function in time correction that automatically loads all bookings of the day (max. 10) into the correction form.

#2 New Columns in the Monthly Journal

The journal has 2 new columns that offer the following functions:

• Booking Times column: Shows the duration of each individual booking (e.g., booking 12:10 - 12:25 displays a duration of 00:15).
• Total Duration column: Adds up the total time of the individual bookings.

#3 New Filters for "Open Tasks"

New filter options in "Open Tasks" - You can now filter open tasks by actions such as "Approve". *Already available in Personalwolke!

#4 Project Times Monthly View

Until now, project times could only be edited in a weekly view. They can now also be edited in a monthly view. *Already available in Personalwolke!

#5 Displaying a Specific Time Period in the Group Calendar

The group calendar can be configured to display only a specific time period (e.g., the past or upcoming 2 weeks).

#6 Graying Out Days with Unproductive Booking/Absence Reasons in the Group Calendar

Days with a full-day unproductive booking/absence reason (e.g., sick leave, vacation) can be grayed out in the group calendar. This lets you see at a glance which employees/colleagues/supervisors are available.
